COOLING
Sometimes the heat generated by the production of UV Energy, even when optically managed with Cold Mirrors and IR filters, is enough to negatively impact your process.
We offer both air and water cooling options to further ensure that heat does not become an issue in your process. Eye Ultraviolet air cooling systems are available in three different configurations: push, pull, and push / pull.
You can purchase blowers for these systems directly from us, or through another preferred vendor.
INERTING
In some applications, ambient levels of oxygen can inhibit the curing process. To promote a higher degree of cure and increase processing speed, curing can be carried out in a chamber that is inerted with Nitrogen.
We have more than 30 years of experience with inerted systems, producing atmospheres as low as 20 ppm of oxygen.
